Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that potential delays due to high order volume or postal service issues are rare, but can happen.

For information regarding shipping fees and/or rates: the Checkout page will automatically calculate and display the price.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at client@dreamus.shop with your name and order number, and we will further assist you with receiving your order.
