30-day return policy

We understand that finding the perfect pillow can be a journey—and sometimes it takes a few tries to get it just right. While we hope you love your new pillow, we know that comfort is personal.

Because a pillow is considered a personal item, we have a strict return policy in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products. Please review the details below carefully before initiating a return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please note: to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at client@dreamus.shop or through the contact form on our website. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will need to be sent to our warehouse in New Jersey.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Refunds (please see details below) will be arranged if the item is in condition described above.

Damaged or Defective Items, or Wrong Order Received

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can correct the order. Defective, damaged or wrong items received can be returned to us with free shipping. 

Please contact us at client@dreamus.shop to inquire about returning your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us, without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. Refunds (please see details below) will be arranged if the product is in the condition described above.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your purchase will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
